Surfactant

It is a product with high polarity, can be easily bonded with water, has a low contribution amount and the highest surfactant active substance. During feed production, a significant amount of water loss occurs in feed raw materials through processes such as mixing, crushing and pelleting. It prevents the increased temperature as a result of friction from causing nutrient losses and reduces energy losses.

By reducing the surface tension of water molecules considerably, it provides an equal distribution of a large water molecule to surfactant molecules in the form of small molecules. It has a high surfactant property (20%) with polysorbents containing polyoxyethylene derivatives. While the polar part of the molecules forms bonds with the hydrogen in the water molecule, they attach to the fats in the feed with the water-insoluble tail parts. In this way, it also acts as an emulsifier with the interface between two different substances.

Usage and Inclusion Rate:

50-200 gr (It is mixed with 10 liters of water and given to 1 ton of feed.)
